Returns:
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. We are committed to ensuring you are satisfied with your purchase. If you experience any issues with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your products.

Refunds and Replacements:
If your order arrives damaged or there is a defect, we are here to help. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your products, and we will work with you to resolve the issue. Refunds or replacements will be issued at our discretion after reviewing the following:

  • Photographic Evidence: Please provide clear photos of the product, packaging, and the issue encountered.
  • Detailed Description: Include a brief description of the problem, such as damaged packaging, incorrect items, or quality concerns.
  • Order Information: Provide your order number and contact details so we can quickly locate your purchase in our system.

Once we have reviewed your information, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, we will issue a credit to your original payment method within a specified time frame or send a replacement item.

Late or Missing Refunds:
If you have not received your refund after approval, please first check with your bank or credit card company, as processing times can vary. If you still have not received your refund, contact us at atomiccrunchers@gmail.com.

Sale Items:
Please note that only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, please email us at atomiccrunchers@gmail.com.

Shipping Returns:
Please do not return any products to us. Since we do not accept returns of perishable goods, we cannot process returned items. If an exchange has been approved, we will provide you with further instructions.
